1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trusted Methods Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Trackd mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Trackd is a mobile application that provides:

• Real-time train departure and arrival information for Great Britain
• Rail network status and service disruption alerts
• Station facilities and information
• Delay compensation (Delay Repay) information
• Interactive network maps
• Train operating company information

The App aggregates publicly available rail data and does not sell tickets or provide official rail services.

3. Eligibility and Account

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Trackd. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 No Account Required

Trackd does not require account creation. All preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Trackd for lawful purposes only, including:

• Checking train times and service status
• Planning journeys
• Accessing station information
• Viewing service disruption alerts

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the App
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App to spam, phish, or engage in other fraudulent activities

5. Third-Party Services and Data

5.1 National Rail Data

Train information is provided by National Rail and other official rail data sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

5.2 Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to AdMob's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

5.3 External Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trusted Methods Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Trademarks

Trackd and associated logos are trademarks of Trusted Methods Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.4 Not Official Rail Service

Trackd is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Network Rail, National Rail, or any train operating company.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR MISSED TRAINS, TRAVEL DELAYS, OR RELATED EXPENSES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (IF ANY)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trusted Methods Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Updates and Modifications

10.1 App Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. You may need to update the App to continue using it. Some updates may be required for security or functionality reasons.

10.2 Terms Updates
