Trackd retrieves real-time rail information from National Rail's public APIs. When you search for train information, your queries are sent to National Rail's systems.
The app uses OpenStreetMap for displaying station locations. Map tile requests may be logged by OpenStreetMap servers.
Most data (search history, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Since most data is stored locally, you can view and modify it in the app’s settings. For partner-held ad data, use Google Ads Settings.
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent (e.g., personalised ads), you may withdraw consent at any time.
Trackd is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it. Where applicable (e.g., via a lack of consent/permission to advertisments), users under the relevant age receive non-personalised ads and are not tracked for advertising.
With your permission/consent (e.g., iOS ATT and EEA/UK consent), we and our advertising partners may track activity across apps and websites to deliver personalised ads and measure their performance. You can withdraw permission/consent at any time (see Your Privacy Rights above). If permission/consent is denied, we show non-personalised ads.
