Short, because there is not much to say.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form
If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter, so that we can reply. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything, and there are no accounts to create.
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps aggregate traffic statistics — page views and countries, not individuals — which we use to see whether anyone is reading.
What we do with it
Reply, and nothing else
Your message is emailed to us and answered from the same address. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Two services see the message on its way to us: Cloudflare, which serves this site and checks the form is not being submitted by a bot, and Resend, which delivers the email. Both act on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
As long as the conversation is useful
Enquiries stay in our mailbox while they are relevant, and are deleted when they are not. If you would like your message and our replies deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
Your rights
Ask us anything about your data
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it. Write to support@contact.trustedmethods.com and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
